Memori’s IA agents receive 500,000 euro investment

Memori, a start-up specialising in conversational artificial intelligence, announces that it has closed a EUR 500,000 investment round led by TreCuori, a benefit company that promotes territorial economic growth through innovative tools. TreCuori thus becomes Memori’s main investor, combining its role as a client and strategic partner of the AIsuru AI Academy organised by the company.

The resources raised will be used to further boost Memori’s growth, with the aim of strengthening its position in the conversational AI sector in Italy. The round will allow the company to continue developing the AIsuru platform, enhancing customer support and the product development team, optimise sales channels, and expand the AIsuru AI Academy, the advanced training programme dedicated to generative artificial intelligence.

Founded in 2017 in Altedo Memori was born with the mission to make generative artificial intelligence an accessible, secure and easily integrated tool in business processes. Today, Memori is a growing reality, with a team of professionals specialised in the development of generative AI, conversational solutions, secure cloud architectures and business training, supported by a solid network of partner companies that provide an additional 200 people between distributors, system integrators and specialists for assistance and implementation throughout the country. This ecosystem has so far managed more than 1,600 AI agents and processes more than six thousand conversations every month.

Through its AIsuru platform, the company enables businesses and professionals to create customised conversational agents without the need for programming skills, optimising activities such as customer service, document management and sales support.
