BizAway, the Italian scaleup that developed the platform to digitise business travel, announces the strategic acquisition of Aervio, one of the leading travel management companies in Spain (ranked 11th nationwide according to BTN) and specialised in artificial intelligence solutions for the business travel sector. The transaction marks a significant step in the company’s path of innovation, aimed at strengthening its technological capabilities and anticipating the evolving needs of a rapidly changing market.
Founded in April 2016, Aervio has made a name for itself through the development of AI-based tools that optimise travel planning. Its integration will allow BizAway to further enhance its proprietary platform, offering an even more efficient, personalised and proactive service.
